Refund Policy

If your letter isn’t useful to you, email help@characterletter.com within 7 days of purchase with your order email or private letter link, and we will refund you in full. No explanation is required, though we appreciate hearing what went wrong so we can improve.

Refunds are processed through Creem to your original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days.
